Blane Metz is a 2025 RHP/3B with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Floyds Knobs, IN who attends Floyd Central. Works from a full windup, side steps to a belt high lift, arm works well to a three-quarters slot. Fastball has heavy life out of the hand in the low-90s. The slider is a real weapon that he's throwing with more conviction in the later part of the outing. Has good feel to turn over a changeup with heavy fade. Huge arm talent that sat in the low-90s through the first inning and got real feel for the breaking ball in the second. Excellent student. Verbal commitment to Indiana.
