Nicholas Del Prado is a 2020 RHP/1B with a 6-2 225 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Florida Christian. Big and burly strong build. Compact arm action with a high front side lever, over the top arm slot, gets downhill well with his pitches, can use his strong lower half more to generate velocity. Fastball topped out at 91 mph,worked down in the zone well with it once he found his rhythm. Big downer 12/6 curveball with good power. Has two solid pitches that are hard to square up and lift when he's in sync and rhythm. Good student, verbal commitment to Florida Atlantic.
