Seth Carter is a 2027 RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Radford, VA who attends Pulaski County Sr.. Extra tall and lanky young pitcher's frame. Sound delivery on the mound that he repeated well, high 3/4's arm slot. Worked up to 74 mph on his fastball and showed a nice ability to throw it to both sides of the plate and to elevate it at times, plenty more velocity there as he matures physically. Primary fastball pitcher, worked ahead with his fastball consistently and then only used his curveball, curveball showed nice tight spin and good depth, can really develop into a nice future pitch for him. Right handed hitter, loads his hands deep, back side collapses into his swing, level line drive swing plane, early front side will get him off-timed occasionally. 8.55 runner who plays first base and outfield when not on the mound. Interesting young pitcher with plus size to go with command of two quality pitches. Named to the 13U Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
