Jorge Valdes is a 2024 OF with a 5-10 152 lb. frame from Milton, ON who attends Bishop Reding. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 6.80 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes a more deliberate approach to the ball but has athleticism to how he moves and knows how to adjust to hops. Fields it slightly off his front foot and uses his momentum and arm strength well to produce low and very accurate throws. Left-handed hitter, sets up with high hands and a crouched stance while shifting in well with good momentum; works level through the zone with developing bat speed and produced a good amount of low line drive contact that will improve as he adds impact strength.
