Lecter O Rivera Moran is a 2023 RHP with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Las Piedras, PR who attends Albergue Olímpico Baseball Academy. Ran a 7.37 second sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher with a long lean build and length in the limbs to fill out moving forward. Works into the delivery with a leg lift above the belt dropping into the back leg before driving down the mound while maintaining a good line to the plate. The arm works long through the back up to a high three-quarters arm slot with projectable arm speed and some arm side run on the fastball at 81-86 mph. Is able to match match the extension on the fastball with the curveball that lands with 11-5 shape. The fastball curveball combination create plenty of ground ball contact.
