2021 Fall Midwest Workout Showcase
Noah Van Wyk is a 2022 OF/UT with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Waukee, IA who attends Waukee. He has a medium frame with an athletic build and room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.08 seconds. Primary outfielder that puts his glove down late and fields the ball out in front of his body off his front foot. He throws with a long arm action with an uphill motion and finishes off to the side. Right-handed hitter that starts in an open and narrow stance with a tight hand set. He uses a simple stride for timing and has a rotational swing. He does a nice job of firing his hips and engaging his lower half. He has a line drive approach and looks to lift the ball on occasion. He made his best contact when staying up the middle and in the gaps. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
