Jack Halsey IV is a 2027 SS/2B/3B with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Altamonte Springs, FL who attends Lake Brantley. Lean young athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open wide base with a deep hand load, tends to stay on his back side through his swing, hand position creates some length, mid field to opposite field contact, showed some promising feel for the barrel. 8.00 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has good lower half actions and some foot quickness, works through the ball well and has a quick transition into his throws, dropped his arm slot well, raw arm strength still developing. Will continue to improve in all areas as he gets stronger.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
