Ryder Tri is a 2028 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 121 lb. frame from Prior Lake, MN who attends Lakeville South. Recorded a 9.25 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher with a tall and thin frame. Begins delivery with a leg lift to core level and lands slightly closed at foot strike. Gets over the front side well and used a longer arm action, releasing from a 3/4 slot. Showed a 1-7 shaped curveball and landed it for strikes. Also threw a fading changeup, displaying advanced feel for it. Secondary first baseman and fielded the ball with two hands out front, using a long and loose arm action. Also worked out in the outfield, fielding off to the right side and showing quality arm strength. Left-handed hitter and starts from a spread stance with slightly open feet. Employs a small leg lift trigger and stays short to the ball. Creates barrel depth and showed good feel for the barrel. Projects very well with continued added strength. Named to the 2022 13u Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
