Jackson Batten is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-3 196 lb. frame from Huntsville, TX who attends Huntsville High School TX. Large frame with a lean build, good physical projection. Primary outfielder, loose fluid mover to the ball, sound fundamentals working through it and arm strength plays well, up to 85 to bags and projects to more. Left-handed hitter, narrow base and loads deep on the back side, simple replace leg lift trigger, easy swinger and works tight through the zone, has some looseness to the wrists and works mostly level through the zone, has some strength to the profile and projects into more as he gets more separated and projects out physically. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
