Logan Scholl is a 2024 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Garnerville, NY who attends Albertus Magnus. Lean young build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. Primary shortstop on defense, has good glove actions at the ball, active feet the move well and give him some range, good actions to the back hand, fields out front with a clean funnel, has some carry on his throws with more to come as he gets stronger. Switch-hitter at the plate, hits from an even balanced stance, showed nice barrel control left handed with solid middle of the field line drive contact, showed the ability to turn on the ball from both sides of the plate, stays short to the ball on both sides with pretty equal bat speed. Also pitched, works from the stretch with a medium leg raise start, collapses on his backside early in his delivery, deep arm action in back, still developing consistency in his timing and release. Fastball topped out at 81 mph with some riding action up in the zone, also threw a slider with some tightness. Good student.
