Christian Garcia is a 2025 RHP/IF, OF with a 6-2 188 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Clairemont. Athletic build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 7.83 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, the hands start at the chest and drop down to the waist into a slight crossfire delivery. Consistently repeated his delivery, threw a lot of strikes and commanded the zone well. Attacked hitters early with the fastball, sat 68-78 mph topping out at 81 mph. Hides the ball well throughout his delivery. Also worked out in the infield, showed the ability to make the plays but is still developing infield actions. Displayed strong accurate throws, was clocked up to 82 mph on throws across the infield. Took some reps at first base as well, showed some range, worked through the ball with smooth hands and quick feet. At the plate, hits from a wide even base with a leg kick trigger and a high back elbow. Displayed a lofty swing with slight bat speed, consistently driving the ball to his pull side. Excellent student.
