Jadiel Hernandez is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Las Piedras, PR who attends Benito Cerezo Vázquez. Recorded a 6.55 second 60-yard dash time. Athletic frame and build with plenty of quick twitch present. Primary shortstop with quick, agile actions. Active feet with accurate throws across up to 86 mph. Deliberate transfers and moves well to both sides. Right-handed hitter with an open start, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Small hanging leg lift with a good sequence and holds angles well. Uses the core well with an upper body dominant stroke. Swings with intent and looks to drive the ball into the air. Tremendous student. Named to the SS East TP List.
