Carson Campbell is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-3 113 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Keller. Young, narrow shouldered frame with a lean build and room to grow and develop moving forward. Ran a 9.69 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, begins with a higher leg lift at start of delivery, hands remain high throughout and break into a three-quarters release point, deliberate tempo to delivery with a medium length stride down the mound. Fastball topped out at 68 mph, finishes towards the plate well, will continue to develop consistent release point; mixed in a big 12-6 curveball with late break up to 58 mph. Fields the ball closer to body at first base, full arm action and works on top of throws, gets the ball out of glove cleanly, takes short steps on the charge; fields out front in the outfield and show a similar arm action, utilizes a crow hop to gain momentum, gets uphill with release at times. Left-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and lower back elbow at the plate; utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing. Contact oriented approach, worked the ball to all fields, bat speed will continue to develop with added strength, occasionally uphill with path but best when working on a linear plane, hands work in swing.
