Bennett Gammon is a 2025 LHP/OF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Brush Creek, TN who attends Smith County. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. High leg raise delivery, throws from an over the top arm slot with big downhill angle, lots of deception to his delivery. Fastball topped out at 83 mph with some sink and run, spotted his fastball very well to both sides of the plate, velocity played up with his deception and life and created lots of swing/miss, very low spin rate fastball. Short slurve type breaking ball was effective expanding the zone, change up was a nice pitch that mimicked his fastball well. Sum of the parts lefty with feel for pitching and plenty of projection. 7.01 runner in the sixty. Had solid athletic actions in the outfield with the same over the top arm slot and some carry to his throws. Left handed hitter at the plate. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
