Thomas Baxter is a 2025 SS/ with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Springfield, MO who attends Logan-Rogersville HS. Recorded a 7.90 second 60-yard dash time. Young frame with a thin build and room to develop. Primary shortstop with good accuracy and fields out in front with two hands. Energetic actions and rounds the ball nicely with throws recorded up to 70 mph across the diamond. Secondary outfielder with aggressive actions and charges the ball. Lower arm slot with good accuracy. Keeps the ball low to the ground with some carry. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a side step into a high leg lift. Good depth and shape to the 11/5 curveball. High three-quarters arm slot with a long arm action. Best when online and has some effort at release. Lefthanded hitter with a very open stance, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Inside path to contact and shows quickness to his hands. Linear barrel path and best contact came to the middle of the field. Tremendous student.
