Robbie Peppell is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Loyola. Features a smaller, lean build with athleticism present. Primary right-handed pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Gets down the mound with intent using drop and drive mechanics. Throws from a 3/4 slot using a short arm action. Has quality arm speed present. Fastball sat 80-83 mph with ride through the zone. Showed the ability to move the offering up and down well. Can get whiffs at the top of the zone. Slider at 70-72 mph (2280 rpm) shows short, tilting action. Late bite on the offering showed the ability to miss bats. Can land it for strikes consistently and generate uncomfortable swings at times. Also worked out in the outfield. Displayed proper footwork into the catchpoint. Athleticism translates well to the spot. Arm strength stands out, reaching 86 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a square stance with a lower hand setup. Swings with intent, showing quick hands through the zone. Shows good rhythm and balance throughout the swing. Approach stays through the middle of the field consistently. More power should come as the frame continues to add strength. Very good student. Named to the Sunshine West Top Prospect List.
