Roman Estrada is a 2025 SS/OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Burbank, CA. Medium frame with broad shoulders and strength especially in his lower half. Ran a 7.60 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, worked out in the infield sitting back on the baseball, developing actions and hands, compact arm and high 3/4 arm slot release throws, topped out at 69 mph across the diamond. Secondary outfielder, fields the ball out in front, creates uphill carry to his throws with accuracy to his target. Left-handed hitter, sets up at the plate with an open stance and a high hand set, takes a leg lift trigger into contact, long swing and gets on plane well, rotational actions and hits on top of the baseball, all fields approach. Good student.
