Casper Emory is a 2027 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Athens, GA who attends Clarke Central. Medium frame with a young lean build. Ran a 7.30 second 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves around the dirt clean with solid range and balance, longer transition into his release, up to 72 across now and will build to more. Pitches too, solid tempo and easy mover down the mound, medium arm stroke through a high release point, works up in the zone a bit and shows feel for very big breaking curveball. Right-handed hitter, wider base to start and short trigger, uses mostly arms on a steep uphill path, works to swing off a stacked backside and can spin off at times, has an idea to try to create lift, will impact more as he adds strength and engages more consistently.
