Trevor Thompson is a 2026 C/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Apple Valley, CA who attends Riverside Preparatory. Recorded a 7.80 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a medium frame and slender young build. Side-saddle stance on throws behind the plate with low stance and quick release. Replaces the feet while working under the ball with developing accuracy on throws up to 65 mph. Solid receiver with some lateral agility during blocks. Right-handed hitter with an even base and low hands setup and upright stance. Balanced swing with direct barrel path through the zone. Simple load with some weight shift into impact through the middle of the field. Showed some impact to the pull side with extension out front and leverage in the frame. Excellent student.
