McCayden Hufstetler is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Adairsville, GA who attends Adairsville. Advanced frame for the age with length in both halves and plenty of room to add mature lean muscle. Ran a 7.34 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, waiting back on it, straight over the top slot, gets low plane because of the motion and seam orientation, smooth one hand gather, solid arm strength for class. Secondary right-handed pitcher, some tempo overall, high release and works it downhill with intent, has some arm speed, controls body nicely, spun off decent curveball for strikes, good downer with some sharpness to it, short strider, flashed a change in the mix as well with some late run, promising arm talent. Right-handed hitter, even, squared off, high hands and back elbow, busy hands in load, short knee lift trigger, showed double toe tap mechanism as well. Projectable athlete with some real talent to build off of long term here. Named to the 13U/14U Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
