Jack Mikels is a 2027 C/RHP/OF with a 5-9 121 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Milton. Recorded a 7.87 second 60-yard dash time. Primary catcher with a long and lanky frame and projectable build. Side saddle stance on throws replacing the feet with short arm action. Pretty quick release with developing arm strength. Secondary right-handed pitcher working from the stretch. High leg lift with extension out front getting down the slope. Controlled delivery from a 3/4 arm slot and fastball up to 69 mph (1555 RPM). Flashed a few breaking balls at 57 mph (1432 RPM) working around the fastball. Deliberate footwork to gather in the outfield working through the ball and throws to the bases at 66 mph. Right-handed hitter with lower hands and small knee-lift trigger stride in the box. Short separation of hands into load with pull-side approach and contact out front.
