Chase Fillman is a 2028 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-11 162 lb. frame from Buckeye, AZ who attends Millennium. Primary outfielder that shows aggressive footwork charging downhill to the fielding point. Glove works out front with ease. The arm stroke is fluid with repeatable release to the throws that showed decent carry with accuracy to both bags. At first base, the feet work well around the bag with sound glovework and accurate feeds of the 3-6-3. Offensively, the swing is athletic and hits hard off the front side, hands are adjustable with some present speed. Most hard contact was made with top spin to the pull side. On the hill, its a moderate lift with clean arm stroke and high three-quarters release. Fastball plays true, got it gloveside frequently for early count strikes. The breaker was a big overhand looper with both big depth and steady sweep. Fastball filled up the zone, forcing these young hitters to get themselves out. Cruised through the outing. Things to like with sound mechanical nature of the operation. Stuff will come. Projects well across the board. 7.63 60-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
