Brody Spann is a 2027 SS/RHP, MIF, UT with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Locust Grove, GA who attends Strong Rock Christian School. 7.53 runner in the sixty-yard dash. Tall, lean build with long arms. Has a lot of time to continue growing into the frame. Primary middle infielder, makes every play on the dirt, has athletic actions and good movements to both sides. Short arm action, ball comes out of the hand well with carry and accuracy to the bag. Projects well at shortstop. Right-handed hitter with high hands set in the stance. Uses a hanging leg lift trigger to get the swing started, worked to the middle of the field and right-center the best. Worked hard to get inside the baseball and showed solid barrel awareness in the swing. Power will come as he continues getting stronger. Named to 2022 13u/14u Fall Georgia Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
