Tristan Ainsworth is a 2025 OF/RHP, 1B, 3B, MIF with a 6-4 160 lb. frame from Brentwood, CA who attends Liberty High School. Features a tall, slender build with room to add. Ran a 7.17 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder. Shows athleticism with the ability to create momentum through the catchpoint. Fields the ball out front. Reached 79 mph during workouts. Showed the ability to work around ground balls well on the infield. Clean glove actions catch it consistently. Has some range laterally, but profiles best for a corner spot. Was accurate with most throws. Switch hitter. Utilizes a narrow stance with an open base from both sides of the plate. Shows loose hands on a lofted path. Stays more gap to gap right-handed. Looks to pull the ball from the left side. Has some impact present with more power coming down the line. Right-handed pitcher. Shows a longer arm action into a 3/4 slot release. Stays in-sync well. Fastball sat 77-80 mph. Paired it with a short breaking, low-70’s slider. Still developing consistent feel for the offering. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
