2021 14U Fall Georgia Showcase
Brooks Moore is a 2026 RHP/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Adel, GA who attends Cook County. Long frame with good physicality for a young athlete. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.67 seconds. Primary position RHP who works tall over the rubber and gets down the mound in a clean linear path. Low hand set as he separates his hands below the belt and creates a short arm stroke. Tends to get a little too rotational at times leading to natural cutting action on the FB that peaked at 72 MPH. Gets under the ball on occasion and worked primarily from the stretch position. Showed a nice CB with consistent shape that stayed in the low-60's. Right handed hitter working from a nice balanced stance and a toe tap to stride for timing. Quiet load with deep hands leading to a linear swing path that gets a touch rotational at times. More bat speed to come with maturity and strength gains. Secondary OF working methodically to the ball and felt for the glove. Transition should become more efficient over time and allow his arm to play at a higher level moving forward. Should be a good follow on the mound for the next several years.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
