Carson Hintz is a 2022 C/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-0 210 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends St. Pius X. Excellent defensive catcher. His arm strength is solid and was clocked up to 83 MPH on throw downs. Good overall catch and throw ability with a quick lower half. Frequently back-picked in game and kept runners close to the bag. His best pop time was 1.85. In the box, currently more hit over power tool. Simple set up with a slight high-hand hitch. Closed stance with a line-drive oriented bat path.
