Nate Poole is a 2023 RHP/3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Dickson, TN who attends Dickson County. Long and lean frame with good physical projection. Ran an 8.18 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, has a simple delivery, shows good intent in getting over his front side with a long and loose arm stroke through a three-quarters slot generating short run to the arm side while showing feel for a changeup that he maintains his release on and a curveball with good shape and late turn as a go-to offering. Also worked out in the infield and at first base, shows deliberate actions to the ball but has good hands and funnels the ball cleanly. Right-handed hitter, sets up narrow and slightly open, has some length to the swing with a simple approach working to both gaps with some feel for the barrel and developing impact strength. Good student.
