Eddie Flores is a 2027 SS/RHP with a 5-8 147 lb. frame from Elmsford, NY who attends Kennedy Catholic. Slender young build. Ran a 7.32 in the sixty yard dash. Primary short stop, has quick feet with a clean mid line funnel, longer arm action to a low slot release, throws with intent across the diamond, recorded infield throws up to 74 mph in drills. Also pitched, simple athletic delivery down the mound, cross fire action at foot strike, hides the ball behind in his body on his arm swing, deceptive look on right handed batters, fastball had running life in the mid 70's, flashed a short curveball with 11-5 shape, has feel for the strike zone. Right handed hitter, narrow slightly open stance, tight high hand load, short and direct path to the baseball, showed an accurate barrel in both batting practice and games, can handle velocity well, hit tool stands out.
