2022 13U/14U Fall Atlantic Coast Showcase
Brady Pierson is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Apex, NC who attends Middle Creek. Taller young build with good present strength for his age. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with an aggressive shift to his front side, gets the barrel extended on time and showed the ability to square the ball up to all fields and make barrel adjustments in the game, gets some jump off the barrel and projects well. 8.04 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has young actions and footwork into his throws and tends to kill his momentum before throwing, raw arm strength obviously better than he showed in drills on the basis of his mound work. Gets down the mound well pitching with good direction to the plate, gets on top of the ball well with a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 78 mph with consistent cutting action, still developing feel for his curveball. Bat was impressive all weekend. Named to the 13U/14U Fall Atlantic Coast Showcase Top Prospect List.
