Victor E Perez-Rivera is a 2024 SS/2B with a 5-8 143 lb. frame from Arecibo, PR who attends Home School. Slender young build. Outstanding runner, 6.56 in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, arm strength was his best tool/skill this day, has whip to his arm and carry to his throws, good lower half quickness and projects range, still developing glove consistency and consistency in his exchange, has the tools to be a next level defender. Switch-hitter, hits from a similar set up from both sides, slightly open with an short leg raise trigger, turns hard on the ball from both sides with similar bat speed as well, pull side line drive contact, able to meet the ball out front well, projects more bat speed as he gets stronger. Excellent student. Named to the Florida Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
