Robbie Melo is a 2024 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Patchogue, NY who attends Patchogue-Medford. Works from a medium frame with present athleticism. Primary first baseman, sound glove actions, clean funnel, releases the ball with urgency. Left-handed hitter, starts in a wider, open base, high and tight hands, hover trigger, tons of strength at impact, sprayed several liners to different parts of the field, pull-side power, good feel for the barrel, recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph, projects well as a hitter. Turned on a fastball and laced it down the right field line for a triple in live action. Ran a 6.75 sixty-yard dash. Named to the Sunshine Northeast Top Prospect List. Committed to Army.
