Matthew Bedi is a 2025 SS/RHP, 3B, IF, OF, UT with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Luling, LA who attends Hahnville HS. Recorded an 8.00 second 60-yard dash time. Medium frame with solid projection to the physicality. Primary shortstop with a longer release and carries momentum well through finish. Full arm stroke and maintains well on the run. Arm strength also plays from secondary position of the outfield. Secondary righthanded pitcher with a simple delivery, longer arm action, and over the top arm slot. Fastball has natural cutting life with simple mechanics throughout. Slider showed some depth to it and he threw quality strikes with feel for the edges. Righthanded hitter with an open stance, bat tip to start, high hand set, and a high back elbow. Separates well and gets on plane. Some feel for the barrel and shows the ability to backspin the baseball. Great student.
