Braden Sperry is a 2024 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Kennesaw Mountain. Large, athletic frame with young, muscular development. Shows a simple sidestep to medium leg lift, sinking into back leg in transition. Hand break at chest into very shallow inline path; Gets hand up quick and arm works into over-the-top angle. Clean linear path down slope; Works fast and lands all three pitches for strikes. Fastball is fairly straight with occasional fade. Slider is tight at times and generated some swing and miss. Changeup is firm and has good deception with a small spread differential between fastball. Has some pitch-ability and upside.
