Kaden Allred is a 2024 C/MIF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Riverton, UT who attends Riverton. Medium, slender frame with a high waist, long levers and plenty of room to fill out. Recorded a 7.47 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary catcher that receives from a low, side-saddled stance with soft hands and quick feet out of the crouch. Works uphill towards his target, replacing his feet with urgency into a fairly quick mid-line transfer. Recorded arm strength up to 71 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, open stance with a tight hand set, low back elbow and hanging leg lift trigger. Middle-to-opposite field approach due to slightly elongated swing path. Displayed consistent contact throughout and occasional line drive impact when on-time and in-sync. Line drive oriented stroke that will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Projectable, young prospect that will continue to improve on both sides of the ball with continued refinements mechanically and additional strength. Good Student.
