Nick Derham is a 2024 OF/RHP/IF with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Rancho Bernardo. Medium frame with a very lean build and plenty of room to fill out. Ran a 7.20 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows athleticism to his actions with quick feet, comes and gets the ball well and maintains a good line through it with a quick release producing low and accurate throws. Also worked out in the infield, shows loose and athletic actions here as well, moves around the dirt well with sound glove work and enough athleticism to play on the left side. Pitches as well, works quick and comfortably with good tempo, shows projectable arm speed and good command of the fastball while burying the curveball as an out-pitch. Righthanded hitter, sets up slightly open and uses a simple trigger; repeats his swing well with ease to how he works to contact, stays relatively level with the bat path and finds the barrel at a good rate working to the middle of the field which projects well with added strength.
