Jack Passeck is a 2023 LHP with a 6-0 195 lb. frame from Fairfield, CT who attends Fairfield Warde. Strong athletic build. Works from a closed stretch position on the mound, fast paced delivery with an aggressive move to the plate, high 3/4's arm slot, has some arm speed and can fill up the zone when his arm is on time and not late getting out front. Fastball topped out at 80 mph, mostly straight with occasional running life. Curveball was a good pitch for him, has the ability to break it off sharply when on top of it with 11/5 shape. Change up showed promise with some fading action. Key to his development is maintaining consistency in his mechanics and mixing his pitches as the arsenal is solid. Very good student.
