Justin Lessing is a 2021 RHP/ with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Westport, CT who attends Staples. Long, lean right-handed pitcher with some room to add strength and physically mature. Simple delivery with rhythmic hand break and efficient lower half movements down the slope. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 80s for the duration of his outing, topping out at 85 miles per hour while flashing riding life through the top of the zone. Confident strike thrower with command to all four quadrants with fastball/curveball combination. Curveball shows consistent 11-5 shape with some late depth and ability to land not for strikes. There is some projection remaining from a physical standpoint, which should allow for more velocity in the future. Excellent Student.
