Ben Peterson is a 2025 C/OF with a 6-0 169 lb. frame from Canonsburg, PA who attends Canon-Mcmillan. Features a strong, athletic frame with room to add down the road. He worked out in the outfield with a quick arm and over the top slot. He does a really nice job working through the ball and carries his weight through. At catcher he showcased quick feet with obvious athleticism and big arm. At the plate he has a narrow base and strides out to contact. He has an up the middle approach with the ability to use the whole field. He is a really good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
