Aidan Sample is a 2021 RHP/OF with a 6-1 183 lb. frame from Milwaukee, WI who attends Whitefish Bay. Medium athletic build with some length and physical projectability. Works from an open stretch position, can get better use of his lower half in generating power to the plate, tight high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped at 77 mph early, looked to be throwing two-four seam fastballs up and down the velocity scale in the 70's. Primary fastball pitcher, still developing feel and spin on his curveball. Threw strikes and competed. 7.82 runner. Right handed hitter, hits from an open tall stance, leans backward into his load, short downward swing plane with a middle of the field line drive approach. Good student.
