Anthony Molinini is a 2026 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends St. Joseph by the Sea. Compact, athletic frame with lean muscle throughout and plenty of room to physically mature. Recorded a 5.08 second forty-yard dash time. Primary middle-infielder with smooth, fluid actions throughout the fielding process. Exhibits a quick first step and plenty of lateral range to either side, while showcasing the ability to change arm slot when necessary. Recorded online, accurate throws with some carry up to 79 mph across the diamond during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a quick paced delivery with rhythm and tempo to it. Stays compact into a chest high leg lift and uses his lower half well down the slope. Fastball worked in mid-to-upper 80s for the duration of his outing and topped out at 78 mph from a three-quarters arm slot. Flashed 10-4 shaped slider that he drops his arm slot on as his go-to secondary offering, as it has plenty of bat missing traits and horizontal tilt to it. Switch-hitter that showed plenty of components to like from both sides of the plate. Displayed shorter, more compact stroke from the left-side with flatter swing path and plenty of present bat speed. Contact oriented stroke from that side with consistent feel for the barrel and middle-of-the field intent. From the right-side, he exhibits a more pullside orientated swing with longer swing path and some more bat speed from that side. Swing translates into game action from both sides. Fundamentally sound prospect with loads of athleticism and physical upside. Excellent Student. Named to the 2023 Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
