Jaron Snyder is a 2020 RHP/IF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Phoenix Christian. Large and athletic frame with projection in build moving forward. Ran a 7.34 second 60-yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher with a side step delivery into a leg lift to the belt. Lands mostly in line down the mound with an average stride to the plate. Short arm action in the back and into a high three-quarter arm slot. Fastball is deceptive from slot with solid cutting action through the zone topping out at 80 MPH. Low 11-to-5 shape curveball that possess some depth when release is out in front. Best when able to locate down and away. Also worked out defensively as a secondary infielder. Fields out in front with a short funnel in. Soft hands with clean glove work. Shows some range and fields position well. Clean release with some carry topping out at 81 MPH. Lefthanded hitter with an even stance and a high leg lift trigger for timing. Swings the bat with intent showing strong hands at the point of contact. Looks to get the ball elevated working to all fields. Good student as well.
