Brandon Loyd is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-6 125 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Ola. Medium frame with lanky build showing room to fill. Ran a 7.30 second sixty yard dash. Primary catcher, slight side saddle behind the plate opening up to throwing arm side, showed good hips, quick on the transfer with a compact arm action, flashed some accuracy on the throws, young mechanics with projectable actions. Righthanded hitter, even base with quiet hands working into a slight leg lift and go, smooth barrel coming through the zone with good extension, line drive type approach looking to pepper the middle of the field.
