Jack Clevidence is a 2024 RHP/3B, MIF, OF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Ankeny, IA who attends Ankeny. Medium build with plenty of room to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a shorter arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Simple and repeatable mechanics. Works quick on the hill, fastball up to 81 mph, locates it to all four quadrants with intent. Mixes in a 67 mph 11-to-5 shaped curveball with good depth to the plate. In the infield, glove works well out in front. Rounds the ball well and carries his momentum towards first base. Solid arm across the diamond with good accuracy. From the outfield, is meticulous with his reads off the bat, range stands to improve with a projectable long build. Throws stay on line to all bags. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a flat barrel plane through the zone. Simple stride trigger, hands work direct to the baseball, middle of the field approach.
