Kolt Larsen is a 2026 C/RHP/IF with a 5-11 168 lb. frame from Apple Springs, TX who attends Hudson. Strong and compact catcher's build, especially in the lower half, bigger than listed. Primary catcher on defense, has plenty of raw arm strength, gains ground well throwing, can get rushed in his actions at times. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a high hand load, has loose and engaged hips, long and fluid swing, will get over aggressive at times, showed some carry to the gaps and some strength in his hands. Also pitched, has a calm leg raise delivery with a high 3/4's arm slot, gets downhill and on top of the ball well. Fastball topped out at 84 mph, mostly straight with good angle. Relies heavily on a low 70's curveball, has nice depth when he's on top of it. Rare change up. Very good student, verbal commitment to Houston.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
