Drew Collins is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Winston-Salem, NC who attends Reagan. Medium athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with quiet long stride into contact, will get too far out front at times and off balance over his front side, has a pretty short had path to the ball and some hand quickness, looking to get out front and pull the ball and can get some impact when he's on time and on balance, good overall strength. 7.78 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, comes to the ball well and fields it cleanly, very rotational thrower, spins off his front side hard, will improve his throwing with better direction through release. Also worked out in the infield. Took a turn on the mound, works from a full wind up with a low leg raise start, compact over the top arm stroke, front side opens early. Fastball worked in the upper 60's, topped out at 71 mph. Bat is his best tool at present.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
