Dylan Howell is a 2024 C/SS with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Weston, FL who attends ESB Academy. Slender athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.51 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has quick lower half actions, gains ground well throwing and has good direction into his throws, quick glove to hand exchange, whippy arm action with carry and accuracy on his throws, solid overall fundamentals. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with quiet lower half actions, well controlled and balanced swing approach, stays compact, hits threw the ball with a gap to gap approach, has some present bat speed with more to come as he fills out and gets stronger. Solid all around prospect. Good student. Named to the Florida Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
