Nathan Davis is a 2023 C/RHP/OF with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Beaverton, OR who attends Sunset. Slender young build with lots of time to fill out and get stronger. Switch hitter, hits from a wider slightly open stance, same basic approach front both sides, aggressive hitter who takes a full swing at the ball, has better direction and bat speed right handed, tends to pull off very early left handed and loose direction, swung the bat well in games and aggressiveness helped him square up the ball. 7.85 runner, has young actions defensively behind the plate, long exchange and arm action with developing arm strength. Looked more comfortable and athletic in the outfield with good fundamental footwork and a clean loose arm. Alsop itched, long and loose arm action with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 73 mph, mostly straight. Showed some feel for a slow curveball he was able to land for strikes. Very good student.
