Victor Garcia is a 2026 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Rialto, CA who attends Summit. Larger, full-frame showing fair movements. 8.39 60-yd. First base and pitcher profile. At first, showed the ability to catch the ball consistently moving well for the size and showing fair range. The short and quick arm action was able to make accurate throws. Offensively worked from a wider, even stance working the load behind the baseball. Rotational swing created some loft to the pullside and the strength present on the frame allowed for carry. When he got the hands off the frame well there was more drive through contact. A secondary pitcher, compact arm stroke with solid shoulder speed. Has some arm side run on the fastball and effectively mixes a breaker with horizontal shape. Solid ability to throw strikes and should miss bats as the stuff continues to tick up with maturity.
