Connor Meidroth is a 2022 SS/2B with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Manhattan Beach, CA who attends Mira Costa. Medium slender build with plenty of room to fill out as he develops. Primary infielder, fields out in front and moves well into the hole as well as up the middle. Makes solid first step reads and transfers quickly. Arm action is short and quick and his throws across the diamond possess some good carry. At the plate, uses a narrow and upright stance with a toe tap trigger. Elevated barrel plane through the zone with a compact stroke overall. Stays balanced throughout with repeatable mechanics. Good student in the classroom as well.
