CJ Wisniewski is a 2022 OF/RHP, 1B, 3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Monroe Township, NJ who attends Monroe Twp. Medium frame with an athletic build. Frame projects for additional strength. Primary outfielder with clean footwork while closing to the baseball. Smooth glove actions at pick with efficient exchanges. Stays on line while releasing from a three-quarters arm slot. Throw produced solid carry to the bag topping at 84 mph. Also worked out defensively from the infield showing quick, athletic footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Funnels out front and worked through exchange quickly. Released from a high three-quarters arm slot topping at 79 mph. Right handed hitter with a balanced, open stance and leg lift trigger. Direct hand path to contact with a level, line drive barrel plane through extension. Primarily worked the baseball to the middle of the field and opposite field gap flashing good jump off the barrel when squared. Also pitcher working exclusively from the stretch. Medium leg lift and stays flexed on back side at gather. Worked to the plate with drop and drive lower half actions. Compact arm circle at take back and released from a compact three-quarters slot. Fastball generated occasional downhill tilt in the mid to upper 70's, topped at 80 mph. Curveball had 11/5 shape with tighter spin and good depth in the upper 60's. Tends to slow arm speed slightly with curveball offering. Consistently challenged the zone and induced weaker contact. Good student as well.
